CHANGESCOWETA · PILOT
COWETA COUNTY · 2-MINUTE SURVEY

What’s one thing you couldn’t figure out?

A tax bill. A school rule. A road project. A ballot question. Tell us what was hard to find, and help us choose what to explain in a planned weekly pilot.

Three questions. No account. No party questions.

Everyone is welcome, whatever your politics.

An independent What Changes pilot. Not a newsroom or a government service. No donation or purchase is requested.

THREE QUESTIONS · SHORT, OPTIONAL CONTACT DETAILS

Tell us what you needed.

Please leave out names, street addresses, account numbers, and accusations about private people. For adults 18+.

3. Want updates when the weekly pilot starts? Optional

Your answer helps even if you skip the email.

A CLEAR AGREEMENT

Your experience is yours.

Responses are stored on the service’s server for the pilot owner to review, export, and delete. They are not publicly displayed or automatically added to this chat. We do not request political affiliation or use answers to target political messages. No advertising trackers are added by this application; the hosting provider may process basic service logs.

Email is optional and is saved only if you check one of the boxes. The weekly briefing has not launched and no email delivery service is connected. Checking a box records only the contact permission you selected. You can withdraw it by deleting your response with its receipt. Any future briefing must provide a way to unsubscribe. The owner will review retention after the initial 30-day pilot; this is not a promise of automatic deletion.

After submitting, keep your receipt. You can use it to request removal directly on this page without supplying a name or email.
